Happy week of Christmas! By this time next week, hopefully you’ll be relaxing in the calm after all the holiday hustle. There’s still a few days left to finish up shopping, and then I hope you’ll take a look at the recipes I’m bringing you this week to plan a very special meal.
Beef tenderloin is so simple and truly special for Christmas dinner. Roast it to medium rare perfection and serve with mashed potatoes and a salad and you’ll have a gorgeous meal. Make your choux pastry ahead of time for profiteroles and dessert will be stunning and delicious as well.
