In this episode of The Alex Marlow Show, Alex is joined by his real-life godfather, John Nolte, a prominent figure in the conservative movement, and Wynton Hall, a social media expert and author of the bestselling book "Code Red". Together, they tackle a range of topics, from the ethics of watching horror movies as a Christian to the dangers of AI and its potential impact on the economy and national security.
The conversation starts with a debate about whether Christians can enjoy horror movies, with John Nolte arguing that the genre can be a way to explore the human condition and the nature of evil. He recommends some classic horror movies, including the Hammer series and the Night Stalker series, which he believes are fun and suspenseful without being gratuitous.
As the conversation progresses, the discussion turns to the implications of AI on society with Wynton Hall, he discusses the potential for AI to be used as a tool for national security and the need for the US to win the AI race against China. Alex and Wynton also touch on the recent controversy surrounding Jensen Wong, the CEO of NVIDIA, who was allegedly targeted by a Chinese spy.
