The second woman to level sexual misconduct allegations against Supreme Court nominee Brett Kavanaugh is refusing to cooperate in any way with the Senate Judiciary Committee.

The Washington Examiner reports Deborah Ramirez’s lawyer told Republican Sen. John Kennedy that Ramirez will not testify or even make a statement.

Kennedy said Ramirez’s lawyer basically told him, “If you want our statement, read the New Yorker.”

In the New Yorker story Ramirez alleged Kavanaugh exposed himself to her during a party in high school.

However, Ramirez admitted she was highly intoxicated and no witnesses would corroborate her story.

Senate Judiciary staff have reportedly asked Ramirez, through her attorneys, to provide a statement or any corroborating evidence on five separate occasions. But, each time have been declined.
