Even after getting heated criticism, even from some of those in her own party, left-wing California Rep. Maxine Waters doubled down Wednesday, saying that Americans should be “out in the streets screaming” about President Trump.
The Daily Caller reports Water’s called Trump “dangerous” in an interview with CNBC’s John Harwood. She went on to urge activists to “make something happen,” starting with going “out in the streets screaming to the top of their voice.”
During the interview, Waters also called Trump, “one of the most deplorable people I’ve ever encountered in my life.”
The comments come after Waters was accused by many of inciting violence by encouraging people to publicly harass members of the Trump administration.
