FAA Opens Probe of 2 Airports That Booted Chick-Fil-A

The FAA is reportedly investigating religious discrimination complaints against two airports that rejected contracts with Chick-fil-A.

Newsmax reports the complaints were lodged against San Antonio International Airport and Buffalo Niagara International Airport after Chick-fil-A’s contracts were rejected after being accused of being anti-LGBTQ.

Chick-fil-a has faced nationwide criticism from left-wing activists for making charitable contributions to groups opposing same-sex unions.

The FAA said in a statement Friday it is investigating discrimination complaints, saying airport operators that take FAA funds can’t exclude a private company due to the expression of the owner’s religious beliefs.
