This group has been sharing their gospel music for decades. The band name comes from the founder and leader, Bill Gaither, who has written countless hymns and worship favorites. Since 1981, this group has performed hundreds of beloved worship tunes and beautiful original songs all over the world. While some of the members have changed, the group still remains committed to spreading God’s message through music. Today, the men of The Gaither Vocal Band are joined by many other popular Gaither voices as they praise His name with the beautiful words of ‘Gentle Shepherd.’ Just listen as they sing to the Heavens for the entire world to hear. “There's no other we can turn to Who can help us face another day Gentle Shepherd come and lead us” What a wonderful way to praise His Holy Name and let everyone know that our God can stand against the impossible. My Dad accepted Jesus Christ as his Lord and Saviour a few years before passing away, that I am truly greatful for. He is no longer suffering and in the arms of Jesus. My dad use to bring flowers to those after performing on stage and I never got that chance. It's too late for me, and this song was birthed from the hurt in my heart. However I'm an overcomer and Victorious in my Lord Jesus Christ and didn't stay down long! My Lord always lifts me back up! I had to sing my hurt out in order to be healed!!!
