(NASDAQ:FRPH) announced that it had filed a Form 12b-25, Notification of Late Filing, with the Securities and Exchange Commission in connection with its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025. The Company and its independent auditors needed the additional time to complete the year end audit process and the delay in filing was not the result of any disagreements with the Company's independent auditors on any matter of accounting principles or practices, financial statement disclosure, or auditing scope or procedure.

Today the Company announces that it anticipates issuing its fourth quarter and full year earnings results on Friday, April 10, 2026, and that it will file its Annual Report on Form 10-K for the fiscal year ended December 31, 2025 on or before April 15, 2026.
