In this conversation, he reflects on the challenges of ministering in one of America’s most unchurched cities and why he believes revival is stirring on the West Coast. Meador also shares stories of transformation, the role of local churches, and why he’s hopeful for Portland’s future. "The Lord is moving," he said.
